2. Mobile Top-Up and Telecom Operator Disclaimers

Turnexedic acts as an intermediary platform facilitating mobile recharge and airtime replenishment services between users and third-party mobile network operators. Consequently, users must acknowledge the following specific limitations:

  • Carrier Discretion: All mobile recharges, data packages, and airtime top-ups are subject to the terms, conditions, tariffs, and processing schedules of the respective telecommunications service providers. We have no control over carrier-side delays, service outages, or modifications to local telecom tariffs.
  • Transaction Finality: Once a mobile top-up request is transmitted to the respective telecommunications carrier, the transaction is deemed final and irreversible. Turnexedic cannot recall, refund, or redirect funds once the carrier has initiated the processing of the airtime transfer.
  • Service Fees: Any fees associated with processing the replenishment are displayed prior to transaction confirmation. However, local carriers may apply administrative taxes or conversion rates outside our direct control, for which Turnexedic bears no responsibility.

3. User Responsibility and Input Errors

As a user of Turnexedic, you assume full and sole responsibility for the accuracy of all information you input into our system. This includes, but is not limited to, the mobile phone number, the selection of the mobile network operator, the country destination, and the payment credentials. Turnexedic shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for financial losses, failed deliveries, or top-ups credited to incorrect recipients due to typographical errors, outdated information, or any other input mistakes made by the user. We strongly advise all users to review transaction summaries carefully before finalizing their payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable local laws and regulations, Turnexedic, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  1. The use of, or the inability to use, our mobile replenishment platform;
  2. Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or transmission of your data or transactions;
  3. Actions, omissions, network failures, or service suspensions of any third-party telecommunications operator or payment gateway provider;

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by the applicable governing law.

Any content, specifications, reviews, or comparative data regarding smartphones, mobile devices, and mobile carrier plans displayed on Turnexedic are provided solely for general informational purposes. While we endeavor to keep such technical information updated, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions or specifications.
